Design 2.0, dark mode and other upgrades

The entire app has been redesigned. We rebuilt it on a new system of colours and spacing, so everything feels cleaner and more consistent whether you are on a laptop or a phone. Settings moved into one clear window where you can actually find things, we added mobile navigation and a command palette under ⌘K that takes you anywhere without clicking. And you can now switch to dark mode.

Alongside the new look we upgraded things you already use. Programs can be edited as a draft, published only when they are ready, and rolled back through the history of changes, while passes customers already hold stay pinned to the version they signed up under. And wallet notifications can now be targeted by location: choose the audience, set the place and time, and schedule the message ahead.

Dotypos till integration

You no longer have to add stamps by hand. If you run a Dotypos till, Reechable recognises the customer on the order and adds the stamp the moment they pay. Rewards can be redeemed straight at the till and data flows both ways, so stamp counts and used rewards never drift apart. From this release the integration is available to every business.

Analytics inside the app

We added our own analytics that shows you a lot more than a customer count. You can see who keeps coming back and who is drifting away, how different groups of customers behave depending on when they joined, and which rewards actually work best. Just pick a period in the calendar and compare it right away to see if things are getting better or worse.

Your brand in one place

Set your colours, logo, and visual style once and Reechable carries them everywhere, into loyalty passes, the public program page, and customer emails. The brand editor previews changes live, so you see the result before you save.
